| From Rte 81: | Take I-81 South into West
Virginia. Take Exit 12 (Route 9-Winchester Avenue, Charles Town). At the end of the exit ramp, turn left at the light (you will be on Route 9 East). Follow Route 9 East toward Charles Town, pass Kmart and Food Lion on the right. Look for a green sign that says Kelly Island Road on the right (you will see Miller's Chrysler Plymouth Jeep Eagle and a Texaco Food Mart on the right). Turn right on Kelly Island Road between the car dealership and Texaco. Follow Kelly Island Road about 3 miles (through a stop sign) all the way to the end-the road will dead end, and the Armory is on the right. |
